We do our best to process, package, ship & deliver your order as fast and efficiently as possible - but we are not Amazon! We appreciate your patience as we work on fulfilling your orders.

Shipping times may vary depending on your country of residence:

  • USA (Standard): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 8-15 Business Day delivery time. 
  • USA (Premium): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 6-11 Business Day delivery time. 
  • Canada (Standard): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 10-20 Business Day delivery time.
  • Canada (Premium): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 7-11 Business Day delivery time. 
  • United Kingdom (Standard): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 7-12 Business Day delivery time. 
  • United Kingdom (Premium): 1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 4-9 Business Day delivery time. 
  • International:  1-3 Business Day processing time, followed by a 15-30 Business Days
  • Standard Free Shipping Included For All Orders.
  • Premium Express & Trackable Shipping Available for $5.
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Weekends do not count as business days.

     

    Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

    • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time.
    • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

    It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.

    We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.

    SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us.

    Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

    SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

    When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
